The TR601 MXA is a crosscut saw electronically pusher-controlled with automatic loading and complete optimisation and defection of wood. With its specific hydraulically driven cutting unit and a powerful 9.2 kW motor, it is the ideal solution to cut in packs using the large cutting sections of the 600 mm diameter blade, precisely and quickly. Thanks to increasingly ambitious technical choices, the electronic pusher runs on a linear guide and high-performance skids. The push-feed system by rack, pinion and brushless motor guarantees the pushing of a stack boards of up to 750 kg. Automatic loading takes place via 1450 mm conveyor belts and acts as a buffer for the most demanding operator. The software architecture relies on a Beckhoff electronic control with a high-resolution 12’ touch-screen monitor, simple and intuitive 3D graphic interface with Windows operating system. Cutting lists can be created directly on the on-board software or imported via connection to Ethernet or USB network ports. The software allows the cutting list to be automatically optimised to reduce waste and optimise the machining process according to 4 criteria: maximum length, minimum waste, sequence and priority. A photocell allows automatic measurement of the workpiece to be cut (OPTI function). A second photocell detects fluorescent marks for eliminating knots and defects (OPTI PLUS function).
TR601F MXA integrates the notching unit on the machine, turning it into a true machining centre combining cutting and milling.
Label and inkjet printers can be integrated into the cutting line. On request, it is possible to implement an automatic single-bar unloading system designed for unloading stack material. The unloader is also available with a trapdoor for the evacuation of end trim and tail trim.
